Permission and User Management in iMotions Online
iMotions Online provides robust options for permission and user management, allowing administrators to control study access and collaboration efficiently. Researchers can set study visibility and edit permissions to three levels:
- All Company Users: Allows all users within the same company or institution account to view or edit the study.
- Only Me: Restricts access to the individual user, though account administrators retain full access.
- Select Users Individually: Grants view or edit permissions to specific users by adding them individually.
These settings enable precise control over data security and collaboration within research teams.
