Mental health diagnosis and treatment have been focal points for iMotions ever since the company’s inception in 2005. Over the years iMotions has contributed, assisted, and conducted research into anxiety, autism, and many other mental health areas through our software and a host of biosensors. To highlight how effective biosensors can be in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, Smart Eye and iMotions are shining a light on mental health research with biosensors over the next 6 months.
From November 2022 to March 2023 we will host a range of podcasts, live streams, and webinars as well as publish blogs on a wide variety of mental health aspects. Join Pernille Bülow, Ph.D., iMotions Product Specialist and Harvard Medical School alumnus as she dives into the different areas of mental health with a group of iMotions clients and colleagues. Together they explore how biosensors can help diagnose and often treat neurological disorders such as anxiety and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders.
Pernille Bülow will be joined by iMotions clients, Dr. Erick Bourassa of Mississippi College who studies test-induced anxiety, and Dr. Ryan Jacoby Ph.D., who studies and treats anxiety, and Obsessive Compulsive Spectrum Disorders at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Harvard Medical School.
We will be announcing the events individually as they approach their release date, but below you can see the schedule and a short description of what they will be about.
