During your onboarding at iMotions, we will help you step by step on how to use the iMotions Platform, from downloading the software & setting up sensors, all the way to being able to build a complete research report.

How you get started
The onboarding procedure
Your iMotions onboarding is handled by one of our experienced Customer Success Managers, who will take you through the 2-step procedure; the Technical Onboarding and the Analysis Onboarding. Each is a 1½ hour procedure that instills best practices in human behavior research, which we have established after enabling more than 1,000 academic and commercial clients to succeed with world-class research.

As an iMotions customer you will have your very own Customer Success Manager who will be your one point of contact as long as you choose to be an iMotions customer (and we hope that will be a very long time). Meet our experienced team here:
Structured around your needs
We offer onsite workshops for each stage of your research process. From guided lab setups to project consultation, these workshops are recommended for large teams, multi-license lab setups, and/or the use of advanced tools like EEG, VR, Mobile Stand, Smart Eye Pro, ECG/EMG, and Eye Tracking Glasses. Get our Product Specialists for 1 or 2 full days for a specialized training based entirely on your organization’s specific needs.
