When you become an iMotions customer, we want to make sure you get up to speed as fast and effectively as possible and your research is kick-started in the right way. During your onboarding at iMotions, we will help you step by step on how to use the iMotions Platform, from downloading the software & setting up sensors, all the way to being able to build a complete research report.
Your iMotions team
As part of your purchase of the iMotions platform, you’ll consult with one of our experienced Client Solutions Managers to find the exact right hardware and software set up customized to your research needs.
When you onboard as an iMotions customer, your Client Solutions Manager will make sure all this information is shared with your personal Customer Success Manager, who will be your go-to person for everything research and study design wise now and in the future. The knowledge and counsel from your dedicated Customer Success Manager, whenever you need it, is part of your annual license fee – including access to our week day technical support team and our Help Center with over 400 articles and guides.
