Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated student worker to join our team as a Technical Support & Product Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain hands-on experience in supporting our innovative biometric solutions while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings, assisting with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and product inquiries.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Assist in the testing and validation of new software releases and updates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to showcase the features and capabilities of our biometric solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting resources.
- Take on responsibility in Asset management
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a higher academic education, could be Cand. IT, or a related field.
- Strong technical aptitude and an interest in biometric technology and software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with biometric sensors and related technologies.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus
