Job Description:
We are looking for a student worker to join our growing and passionate Enablement Services team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for neuromarketing, neuroscience, consumer behaviour, or psychology, and be eager to learn how to execute full-service neuroscience market research projects for a large and diverse commercial client base.

iMotions is the leading software provider in the biometric research space for universities and businesses. Our platform allows clients to efficiently conduct multimodal biometric research with advanced methods like eye tracking, facial expression analysis, GSR, EEG, etc. Demand from clients has resulted in us building an enablement services division to help our clients become neuroscience market research experts within their own organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team on deliverables throughout the entire project process: from pre-sales activities, research design, and data collection to analysis, report writing & debrief.
  • Support on-site research fieldwork mostly in Europe, but also globally.
  • Support delivery of projects to clients, including both report writing and web-based or in-person report delivery.
  • Foster ongoing communication with accounts in need of support and established accounts looking to expand their usage.
  • Assisting the Enablement Services team with daily ad-hoc tasks.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a higher academic education. Related to Business, Psychology, Neuroscience or similar.
  • Passionate about neuromarketing.
  • Eager to learn and understand the various neuroscience market research methodologies (e.g., EEG, galvanic skin response, eye tracking, etc.).
  • Preferably familiar with biometric sensors and related technologies.
  • A collaborative, hands-on person who can work within a team and execute efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Flexible planning work and modifying approach to tasks based on the preferences of clients to meet the unique demands of each situation
  • Ability to take large amounts of complex data, and translate them into clear, concise, and prescriptive research reports.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Fluency in English
  • We expect the position to be approximately 15-20 hours per week
