Polar H10は、心電図（ECG）信号を用いて心拍変動（HRV）を測定する胸ストラップ型デバイスです。心臓活動に関する正確かつ信頼性の高いデータを必要とするトップアスリートや研究者向けに設計されています。Polar H10は、Bluetooth、ANT+、または内蔵メモリを介して、さまざまなデバイスやアプリケーションと接続可能です。また、開発者はPolar SDKまたはPolar Open AccessLink APIを使用して本デバイスにアクセスすることもできます。

Polar H10は、特にスポーツ科学、生理学、医学の分野において、さまざまな研究プロジェクトや検証に活用されてきました。
